New Boreline Couplings slash costs!

Hose Manufacturers, South Africa, manufacturers of Boreline, have updated their range of GRN (Glass Reinforced Nylon) coupling up to 100mm (4″) market.

These couplings were developed after market feedback received from existing and potential customers across South Africa indicated that they were looking for a more cost effective fittings than the stainless steel presently available.

The feeling has been that customers insist on using Boreline as they know it is the only real long-term solution to groundwater pumping. “We answered the calls for a more economical package by developing these range of new fittings” confirms Nicolas Steverlynck, then CEO of Hose Manufacturers.

After extensive research and development into state of the art materials and manufacturing techniques, an investment was made in the specialist injection moulded tooling required to produce this new product.

“The result is that the new coupling is considerably more cost effective and opens an entire new market for users of Boreline” indicates Nicolas Steverlynck.

“The company’s commitment to the industry is evident, in that, they continue to offer superior products without compromising quality and reliability”, applauds Brian Williams MD of FTT in Cape Town. “Considering that this product has all the usual benefits backed by a 5 Year Warranty, it would be difficult not to see the entire market move in this direction”.

Sales Manager, Julian Hendricks observes, “Factors such as ease of installation, non-corrosion and superb flow characteristics underline the long term benefits of Boreline. Farmers also love the idea that they can transport 100m inside their car and do the installation by hand. This saves them time and money” he confirmed.
