256m of Boreline installed in 37 minutes!

Many Water Utilities around the world have the problem of having to maintain water extraction sites in very remote and inaccessible areas.

This particular site is one of many wells in a remote area far from town. With the help of Boreline, The Water Company has modified a spooler to assist with installing Boreline for their wells.

This entire job, from beginning to end, was completed in 37 minutes! All that was now required was to connect the system to the electricity supply.

Once again we experienced the speed, safety and efficiency of Boreline. It really does makes sense.

256m of Boreline was connected and attached to the pump and power cable off-site and wound onto the spooler. This trailer-mounted spooler unit was then driven to site and backed up to the well.
Here the pump is lifted and lowered into the well. A further slight modification to the spooler would make even this job simpler and require no manhandling.
A final check was done before the lowering process started.
The spooler is lowering the pump, Boreline and Power cable. No effort was required from the operators as this spooler is powered by a generator and does all the work.
Shortly afterwards the base plate was attached and lowered into place on the well head.

All done.
